Road Trip - Michigan : I decided to take some time off to travel. Out of some random website searching, I discovered the beachtowns of Michigan. I packed my gear: bike, swim suit, running shoes, my powerbook, camera and my lenses. To make this experience as unique as possible, I decided to draft my own rules of the road: a) Avoid the main roads. Try to find the most scenic route. Try a different route each time. b) Extract information from the locals. ask for the best food, best places to visit, get to know the locals. c) Try out everything! The biggest mistake is to miss out on the fun d) Enjoy the ride. no rush. savor the moment and experience of every hour, every second and every milli-second. e) NO CELLPHONES. NO EMAILS. NO WORK! NO PARKING TICKETS!

Road Trip - California : 06 June 2006 - I am going on a road trip to California. I will be starting in Los Angeles and will be traversing the scenic byways and highways enroute to San Francisco. I still have not figured out the logistics. But, the sheer excitement of planning a road trip to see California makes me lose sleep. I am wide awake gaping at the prospect of a trek from sunny southern cali to super scenic monterey to uber high-tech palo alto/silicon valley to funky san fran to the gigantic sequoia national park.
